Reservations at Asador Etxebarri.

Welcome to Asador Etxebarri.
Our cuisine is daily prepared, based on seasonal products. Therefore, we pay special and rigorous
attention to the reservations management.
Please, read carefully our reservation protocol detailed below.

BOOKING INFO
We accept reservation over 4 months in advance.
The min. of people we accept for each reservation is of two and a max. of eight.
For any other question or special request, please contact us to our email address
(reservas@asadoretxebarri.com ).
In order to guarantee the reservation, we ask for one “ticket” per person, which costs hundred euros
(10 % VAT included), this cost will be deducted in the total bill of the restaurant.

You will receive an email with the validation of your booking with the appropriate information.

If you need to change your reservation´s date or the number of diners, your request will be answered as

long as you send your petition fifteen days before your reservation, and always if there are places

available.

Due to our past experience, and in consideration with the other guests, we inform you that we can
not ensure the validity of your reservation if there is any change you would like to do that we can not
satisfy.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, you can do so via the link we previously sent on the email

confirmation. It will be just possible to refund the tickets amount if you cancel within fifteen calendar days

of your cancellation.

The degustation menu option of our menu will be served for the whole table.
We don not have special menu for children.

Please, point out any relevant particularity, celebration or special plan, as well as allergies or

intolerances. You can do so clicking in our “add comment” in our reservation section.
